The bench asks Kangana's counsel Rizwan Siddiquee to carry out the amendment by Monday (Sep 14) and asks BMC to respond by Sep 18.

BMC's counsel Joel Carlos submits that the petitioner has no case that her building is approved and that the construction was sanctioned.
